The Adelaide University Dental Students' Society is the sole student representative body for Dental and Oral Health students in South Australia. With 100 years of history, we are among the oldest dental student societies in Australia.
Our commitment is to enrich the student experience whilst studying at the University of Adelaide, as well as the continual promotion of a high standard of academic performance from our students.

The President's Letter
The Adelaide University Dental Students’ Society is a student-run organisation that represents the interests of Dental and Oral Health students from the University of Adelaide. For over a century, the AUDSS has provided support to students on and off campus, whilst building relationships with community and industry. The AUDSS strives to provide ethos and a sense of belonging for students; hosting a range of events throughout the year that range from academic & professional development, to volunteering, to social outings. We encourage all students to engage with the society – more information regarding our events can be found on our Facebook & Instagram.
We are fortunate to be involved with the Adelaide Dental School, SA Dental Service, Australian Dental Association (South Australian Branch), Australian Dental Students Association and the Adelaide University Rural Health Alliance, all of whom help us with our successes. The AUDSS is also grateful to all those who have sponsored us in past and present – it is because of your support that our mission can be made a reality.
Since my start in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery, the committee has been a consistent source of friendship, knowledge and opportunity. My eventual involvement in the society felt natural, being a product of the manner in which I was treated and guided by my seniors – something I wish to provide all those will come after me. I am truly humbled to represent such a prestigious society, and look forward to leading the society in another successful year.
Behind the work of the AUDSS is an incredible team of students who are dedicated to enriching the student experience. I speak on behalf of all involved in the AUDSS when I say we look forward to seeing you around, and serving you however we can!
